The Outdoor Network Experiences (E_ONE) questionnaire is designed to discover if the Outdoor activities' practice can impact the motivation variables (fitness, pleasure, etc.) to do sport. It also wants to display the basic psychological needs, as "self-awareness", "competition" and "social interaction", and to check what kind of "motivation" is needed to do sport, if it’s a personal goal or if it's influenced by friends, external relations etc. All the obtained results are going to link it with their "Life satisfaction standards" and with their "state of mind", to see if the outdoor sport practice help them to feel better.
The research team of the Catholic University of Murcia (UCAM) in Spain has designed a new scale after an extensive research review, in order to create a tool which can measure some important aspects to help people practice outdoor activities and boost them to reach an optimal life quality.
The research team has more than 12 years of experience, working with those items in international research collaborations. Analyzing this data, the project consortium can collect valuable information to help people engaging themself in a more intensive practice of outdoor activities. With the results, we are going to publish a guidebook of best practices, as a free guide to download which will offer advice and recommendations to practice outdoor activities.
The project Outdoor Network Experiences (E-ONE) was obtained under the competitive call ERASMUS+ Sport and is co-financed by the European Union.
